1. The service

We sell prepaid travel data eSIMs. After successful payment, installation details are delivered automatically to your order page and the email you provide.

2. Before you buy

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
Check the destination, data allowance, validity and IP location shown on the plan.

3. Refunds

eSIM not installed or activated: you may request a refund.
Installed or used: as a digital product, generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
If the eSIM does not work due to a network fault, contact support — we will replace or refund after verification.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the eSIM for unlawful purposes. Coverage and speed are provided by local networks and may vary.

5. Payment security

Card payments are verified with 3D Secure. Some orders may be manually reviewed to prevent fraud; orders that fail review are refunded in full. eSIMs linked to charged-back payments will be deactivated.
