What we collect

Email address — to deliver your eSIM and order updates.
Order details — plan, amount, time and IP address (for fraud prevention).
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use and share it

Only to fulfil your order, provide support and prevent fraud. Necessary order details are shared with our eSIM network supplier to issue your eSIM, and with Stripe to process payment. We do not sell your personal data.

Performance of a contract (delivering your eSIM) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention).

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting the support email in the footer. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
